Villa Reve offers all for an unforgettable holiday.
The owners rent out their villa to
guests who appreciate the unique combination of
nature, tranquility, comfort and privacy.
The Provencal villa with pool is situated on 1 hectare of private land in the
“Parc Residentiel de l’Esterel”, a guarded “Domaine de Haut Standing”, located in a
unique
nature reserve at the French Riviera.
All within 10 min driving distance of the Mediterannee with it’s beaches, restaurants,
harbours and towns.
Lower ground
The large living room is decorated with style, it has a lounge area with a fireplace
and satellite TV. The dining area has a large dining table (3,5 m long).
The master bedroom is air-conditioned and has big doors connecting to the terrace outside.
There are two single beds (200x90 cm each). The en suite bathroom has a bath,
shower and separate toilet. In the passage to the lounge is another separate guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped, provided with a dishwashing machine, fridge, induction stove,
hot air oven and an extractor. The scullery has a washing machine a dryer and a microwave.
There is a large sink with hot and cold water, a pantry with basic provision.
The outside patio has a large dining table to sit 8 people.
First Floor
The upper level has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds).
There is a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.
The garden
Villa Reve is situated at 300m altitude and provides beautiful panoramic views.
The property
is about 1 hectare in total with natural habitat and total privacy.
The pool is 10 x 5 m long and 1.5-2,5 m deep.
Parc Residentiel de l’Esterel
The Parc Residentiel de l’Esterel is a guarded residency of 550 hectares, situated on the
RN7 between Les Adrets and Mandelieu. There are about 140 villa’s all on large properties
total privacy. From the highest point of the park you can walk straight into Massif de l’Esterel
(the nature reserve) to go for a nice hike and spectacular views.
Surounding
It is only a 10 minute drive from the Parc Residentiel to the beach of Mandelieu-la-Napoule
or through Les Adrets to the A8 highway. There is barely any traffic in this area.
Mandelieu-la-Napoule is a lovely town with many shops and restaurants. There is a large
grocery store, Geant Casino. Les Adrets also has a few shops and you can enjoy coffee at
“Chez Pierre”. Many different tourist festivities are held at the town square of Les Adrets.
Les Adrets l’Eglise is a pretty little village with one church and one small restaurant
where
you can enjoy simple and reasonably priced local dishes and a nice atmosphere.
Via the beautiful Lac de St Cassien you will reach the Provencal back lands with some
nice villages (Villages Perches) like Fayence, Seillans, Callian, Bagnois-en-Foret etc.
Small secluded beaches you will find along the beautiful coastal road (N98) which
runs from La Napoule to St Raphael.
More extensive bustle with beach pavilions and watersport facilities you will find along the
boulevard of Mandilieu to Cannes.
Cannes offers a great variety of restaurants, bars and nightclubs especially around the old
center of town and the harbor. In this area you will find the well known indoor food market
“Forville”, where fisherman bring their fresh catches of the day and the chefs of renowned
restaurants buy their products in the early morning. (open daily from 7:00 to 12:00
except on Mondays).
Take the ferry boat from Cannes to Iles de Lerins. Both Islands are car free and are very
suitable for a nice hike and a picnic on the beach.
Nice is a 30 minute drive via the A8. The old center, the Boulevard des Anglais,
the flower
market, museums and many restaurants in all price categories make a visit to the
pearl of
the Mediterrannee worth wile.
There are many golf courses in the area. The 2 closest courses are Riviera Golf and the
Old Course in Mandelieu. The most recommended courses in the area are Terres Blanche
(Fayence, 36 holes) St Endreol (La Motte) St Donat (Mougins) Opio Valbonne (Valbonne)
and if you find it too hot in summer to play, you can drive in an hours time to the mountains
of Chateau Taulane (Le-ligis-du Pin, on 1000m altitude). This course is an absolute winner.
